When using the services provided by SendFree, you will be requested to provide us with identifying information, including your name, mailing address, email address, phone, zip code and gender. We wish to assure you that we will not misuse this information. For this purpose, we are providing you with the SendFree Member Guarantee.

Our Member Guarantee:

• Your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and other identifying information will be used by SendFree to help us maintain your account and to tailor the sponsor advertisements presented to you. SendFree will record the IP address under which you sign-up to help identify any abuse problems.

• You may notify us at any time of any amendment, correction or other update of your personal identifying information under the "Change Member Profile" link in your Account Headquarters.

• The email addresses of members may also be made available to certain third-parties who offer business-related products or services. However, we do not provide members' email addresses to these third-party company or advertiser. Instead, we use an external vendor for processing these email messages, but they will not be allowed to keep members email addresses for their future use. If you do not want to receive business-related third party email offers, please send an email with "remove" in the subject line to: sales@sendfree.com. You also will be given an opportunity to stop receiving business-related third party email offers each time an offer is sent to you. Full instructions will appear at the bottom of each email

• Your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and other identifying information will NOT be sold to any outside party or organization, unless you choose, at the time of registration, to receive information about the special offers presented to you.

  In such cases, we will share your name, mailing address, phone number, gender and email address only with the email publishers and other businesses whose specific offers you elect to receive. You may opt-out from receiving their information by contacting them directly.

  SendFree does not give out your personal information to unrequested third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

• You may end your SendFree membership at any time in your Account Headquarters, according to the Terms and Conditions statement. Upon termination of your SendFree membership, we will cancel your account and delete your personal identifying information.

• From time to time we may distribute group statistics collected by our system. However your personal information will not be revealed, and you will not be identifiable from the reports submitted.

• We placed your personal privacy concerns at the forefront when designing SendFree. We have instituted the above policies and utilized security measures to safeguard your member profile.

• We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time. However, should our policy ever change, we will provide you ample time to end your membership before your information is disclosed.
